We at Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. attach great importance to the security of your personal data.

We store any personal data shared by you in a manner that complies with all applicable legal regulations and take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security for your personal data.

With the awareness of this responsibility, as Data Supervisor in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act Number 6698 and corresponding legislation, your personal data may be process in accordance with other legislation within the framework explained below.

This Information on the Protection of Personal Data describes our personal data protection and processing policy and how we collect, transfer, use, and protect your personal data during the services provided.

1. Personal Data Collected by Us

We collect various information within the context of our services and business activities. The information in question is collected in all circumstances in accordance with the data processing principles and conditions set out in Personal Data Protection Act Number 6698 ("KVKK"). The personal data we collect from you within the scope of the purposes described in Article 2 below are:

- Name, Surname, TC ID number and / or passport number and / or temporary TC ID number, place of birth and / or date, marital status, gender, occupation, insurance card number, and other identification data that can identify you,

- Your address, phone number, e-mail address and other contact data, 

- Your personal data obtained when you contact us by means of electronic calls, e-mail and / or other means kept by customer representatives, voice call records kept in accordance with call center standards,

- Your financial data such as bank account number, IBAN number, credit card information, billing and billing information,

- Your notifications such as surveys, thank you letters, complaint letters, satisfaction results,

- If you use the parking lot, your vehicle license plate information, images obtained from the camera records that are continuously recorded in common areas in our company for security purposes,

- all the data you send or enter via all websites or online services belonging to Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San.Tic. A.Ş.,

- Your IP address, cookies and other personal data,

- If you apply for a job, it includes all your personal data, including the CV provided in this regard, and any personal data related to your service contract may be processed and measured by Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San.Tic. A.Ş. in accordance with the purposes stated in Article 2 and transferred to the persons, institutions and organizations specified in Article 3. 

2. Personal Data Processing Purposes

Your personal data may be processed by Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. for the following purposes:

- Personal Data Protection Act Number 6698 and other legislation,

- identity verification and confirmation to prevent your Personal Data being seized by others,

- to keep you informed, briefed, or to remind you in the event you make an appointment,

- Performing risk management and quality improvement activities,

- Fulfillment of legal and regulatory requirements,

- The legislation allows for sharing obtained information obtained with the legislative public institutions and organizations and responding,

- To issue invoices for the services we provide,

- Provision of necessary information in accordance with the demands and audits of regulatory and supervisory agencies and official authorities,

- Maintaining information about your data that should be kept in accordance with the relevant legislation,

- Compliance with domestic policies and principles,

- Carrying out exclusive to you promotional and information activities and ensuring your benefit,

- Contacting you for information about our services,

In accordance with the relevant legislation, obtained and processed personal data will be stored in both a digital and physical environment by Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. and/or by transferring it to the physical archives and/or IT systems belonging to  Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş.

However, your personal data will not be used for any commercial purpose, except for the activities listed above and where required by applicable legislation.

3. Personal Data Transfer

By ensuring that all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the appropriate level of security in accordance with KVKK and related legislation, for the purposes set out in Article 2, your personal data may be shared with the persons / institutions and / or organizations, banks, our direct / indirect subsidiaries and / or affiliates, group companies, auditors, consultants, business partners, who are contracted to carry out our activities, as permitted by Personal Data Protection Act Number 6698 and other relevant legislation and / or shared with the domestic / foreign organizations that we serve, cooperate with, and other real and / or legal third parties.

4. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reasons

Your personal data can be given in all forms of verbal, written, visual, or electronic media, the above mentioned objectives within the stated legal framework and within this scope may be obtained by Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. in order to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations fully and properly. The legal reason for the collection of these personal data is Personal Data Protection Act Number 6698 and other legislation.

In addition, as stated in Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Act, personal data relating to health and sexual life may be processed without the express consent of the people or authorities or institutions with an obligation of confidentiality only for the purpose of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, or the financial planning and management related to healthcare services.

5. Your Rights for the Protection of Personal Data

We inform you that as a personal data owner;

- you have the right to learn whether personal data is processed according to the legislation regarding your processed personal data,

- to request to find out if your personal data has been processed; to request and have access to personal health data,

- to learn the purpose of this data processing and whether this data are used for intended purposes,

- to know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

- to request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

- to request personal data to be deleted or destroyed in the event that personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, 

- to request that notification of the processes relating to the correction and / or deletion or destruction of personal data be given to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

- to object to the emergence of an outcome to your detriment as a result of processed data being analyzed by exclusively automated systems, 

- to demand that we eliminate the damage in the event that your personal data is damaged by being processed illegally.

In the event that you exercise your right to learn whether personal data has been processed, your right to access and request personal data, to know the purpose of processing personal data and to know if it is used in accordance with its purpose, or the right to know third parties to whom the personal data is transferred at home or abroad, the relevant information will be given to you clearly and understandably in writing or you will be notified electronically via the contact information provided by you.

 

6. In accordance with KVKK, personal data may be processed without your express consent under the following conditions:

Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK and Article 7 of the Directive, the following personal data may be processed without seeking your express consent:

- Where expressly required by law,

- If you are unable to disclose your consent as a data owner due to actual impossibility, or where your consent is not legally valid, if your personal data must be processed to protect yourself or someone else's life or body integrity,

- In the event that your personal data needs to be processed for the parties to a contract provided that the processing is directly related to the formation or fulfillment of a contract,

- Where it is mandatory so that a legal obligation can be fulfilled,

- If your personal data been publicized by you,

- In the event that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

- In the event that data processing is obligatory for the legitimate interests of Pimeks Alüminyum PVC ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş., on condition that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,

- However, in accordance with KVKK, personal health data may be processed without the explicit consent of the concerned person or authorized institutions and organizations under the obligation of confidentiality for the purpose of public health protection, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, and financial planning and management relating to healthcare services.

7. Data Security and Right to Apply

Your personal data is meticulously protected within the technical and administrative means and necessary security measures are provided at a level appropriate to possible risks, taking into account the technological possibilities.
